There was a crooked man who was forced to give up his life's vices of drugs, alcohol and womanising. The threat of mediocrity causes him to break down and it is here that we enter the world he inhabits, a world of delusions and visions for he believes he is Tom Waits; that deceptor, that illusionist, that medicine man.

While our crooked man struggles to rid himself of his illusions, addictions and afflictions, he discovers that his cure could be the prescription for all humanity; music and laughter and a good dose of physical exercise... the medicine man has spoken.
