Theatrical magic is at work in Special Delivery, a show filled with humour and illusion. Presented by Patch Theatre, the show is a wordless, visual comedy about a deliveryman who is taken out of his ordinary, everyday life and transported back into the mysteries and possibiilties of childhood play and imagination.

Full of wonder and surprise, Special Delivery will also make you look at familiar items in an entirely different way. The sound and visual gags of this tale are spun by image-theatre illusionists and writers, Greg Cousins and Jane Leicester.

The show will capture children aged 4-8 and the young at heart.

• Special Delivery will be performed at the Odeon for one week before heading off on a national tour. From Hobart to Darwin, Special Delivery will be on the road for six months, performed over 60 times.
• Special Delivery will be Patch's seventh consecutive national tour supported by Playing Australia, making it Australia's leading touring children's theatre company.
• To coincide with the tour, Patch has published its first children's book, Dan the Delivery Man.
